All over Europe you can find spaces where creativity, modern technology and talented people are brought together. Makerspaces offer access to 3D printers, laser cutters, electronic laboratories and other tools that enable makers to bring their ideas to life.

FabLab Around the World

In addition to the locations on our list, you can also visit FabLab facilities. The FabLab, short for Fabrication Laboratory, is a special type of makerspace that started at MIT and is today a global network of labs. These are equipped with 3D printers and CNC milling machines as well as with softwares for production control. They serve the general public, from students to more experienced makers to professionals and businesses, and encourage local educational and community collaboration and prototype development.
